1. What is the delivery delay ?
The delivery time is generally 72 hours. Any order placed during the week after 12:00 will be processed the next day. Any order placed after Friday 12:00 will be processed the following Monday.
2. Is it possible to recommend a broken glass from a box ordered ?
Our veronese range is followed throughout the year. It is possible to recommend our glasses individually by contacting us by phone at 04 50 72 94 11.
3. Is it possible to return an ordered item ?
Yes, you have a statutory withdrawal period of 14 days for refund or exchange.
4. My glass has turned white, what can I do to regain its transparency ?
These white marks can generally come from limestone deposits. To find transparency just pour alcohol vinegar with a little salt inside, shake and rinse with warm water several times.
